Enrolment Process
The Australian Blockchain Association (ABA) partners with the National College of Australia (NCOA), a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) regulated by the Australian Skills Quality Authority (ASQA), to market and promote accredited courses in emerging technologies. We are committed to fostering learner success and upholding the integrity of the Vocational Education and Training (VET) sector, in full compliance with the 2025 Standards for Registered Training Organisations. All pertinent information is readily available on our website or upon request, enabling applicants to make well-informed decisions about enrolling in courses delivered by NCOA.
By submitting an online application for enrolment and paying the required fee, the applicant confirms they are applying for enrolment in one of the accredited programmes marketed by ABA. The Student Support Team will evaluate the suitability of the chosen course based on the applicant’s career aspirations, educational background, work experience, and any other details provided.
Minimum Entry Requirements for Applicants
To align with the 2025 RTO Standards’ emphasis on student-centred outcomes and appropriate entry criteria, applicants must meet the following minimum requirements:
- Provide a Unique Student Identifier (USI).
- Be at least 16 years of age.
- Note that specific courses may have additional entry requirements; please refer to the individual course details on our website for confirmation.
- Be eligible to study in Australia for the full duration of the course. For international applicants, this includes holding a visa that permits study with a non-CRICOS approved RTO like NCOA.
- Applicants must disclose Afilliations, Commercial Intent and Purpose of Enrolment where necessary
Alternatively, if an applicant’s current visa allows study in Australia but does not cover the full course duration, they acknowledge that enrolment will be suspended upon expiry of study rights until evidence of extended rights is provided. No refunds will be issued due to cessation of study rights.
NCOA reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to decline any application for enrolment based on the information supplied. If enrolment is accepted but later found to involve false or misleading statements, or if other disqualifying factors emerge, NCOA may terminate the enrolment at any time, in line with the 2025 RTO Standards’ requirements for maintaining sector integrity.
Applicants whose enrolment is refused will receive a full refund of any fees paid. However, if an applicant reapplies after a refusal and pays the required amount, no refund will be offered for subsequent refusals.
