To complete the Certificate 3 in AI, you’ll need to successfully finish all 14 units below.

Identify IP, ethics, and privacy requirements to ensure lawful, responsible AI deployment and data use in ICT environments.
Handle PII and workplace data securely and use AI features safely within organisational privacy policies and protocols.
Evaluate AI use cases across multiple industries and produce concise reports on suitability, constraints, and adoption pathways.
Assess cloud services and architectures that host and scale AI, selecting options that optimise performance, reliability, and cost.
