Users of our educational services are strictly prohibited from: 

  • Copying, reproducing, or distributing course materials without written permission. 
  • Modifying or creating derivative works based on AusBlock content. 
  • Selling, sublicensing, or otherwise commercially exploiting our educational resources. 
  • Uploading our content to third-party platforms, including but not limited to social media, file-sharing websites, or external learning platforms. 

Strict Penalties for Violation 

Any individual or entity found violating this policy will be subject to strict legal and financial consequences, including but not limited to: 

  • Immediate Termination of Access: Any user found to have engaged in unauthorised use or sharing of our content will have their course access revoked immediately without refund. 
  • Legal Action for Copyright Infringement: AusBlock may pursue legal remedies, including cease and desist orders, monetary damages, and legal proceedings under Australian copyright law. 
  • Financial Penalties: Any unauthorised reproduction, resale, or distribution of AusBlock’s educational content may result in substantial fines, including statutory damages of up to AUD $150,000 per infringement, in accordance with copyright laws. 
  • Criminal Charges: In cases of wilful infringement or commercial piracy, offenders may face criminal prosecution, which could lead to hefty fines and imprisonment. 

Digital Rights Management (DRM) and Monitoring 

To enforce this policy, AusBlock employs advanced security measures, including but not limited to: 

  • Encrypted Course Access: All course content is protected through end-to-end encryption and accessible only via authenticated logins. 
  • Watermarking and Tracking: Unique, user-specific forensic watermarks are embedded into videos, documents, and assessments to trace unauthorised distribution. 
  • Restricted Access and Screen Capture Protection: Course materials are designed with screenshot and screen recording prevention technology to deter unauthorised replication. 
  • Automated Copyright Detection: AI-driven plagiarism detection and automated takedown tools actively monitor for unauthorised copies across the internet. 
  • Remote Access Logs & Audit Trails: Real-time activity logging ensures that unauthorised access attempts are flagged and investigated promptly. 
  • Time-Limited and Device-Limited Access: Users are restricted to a set number of authorised devices, and course access is periodically refreshed to prevent data leaks.

User Agreement and Acknowledgment
